Yes drugs are bad but she tried to give her baby a place to sleep that was not the floor 😞 I'm very sorry for your loss. She didn't create that baby on her own. I'm tired of those dead beat dad's that are not there for their kids!!!

Her older son is terrible blaming mom and giving dad a pass when he knew dad gave him drugs. I feel so bad for the mom Tonya. She had to deal with so much. And by herself. So sad

Ex NICU nurse here who nursed babies born addicted. One particular one sticks with me…her mother knew what would happen…she was a heroin addict…so was the baby. We weaned the baby off drugs slowly…but that wasn’t the end of it. The baby was jumpy…cried inconsolably…had to be constantly held. I worked on the ward with her strapped to me all day every day because it was the only way she’d be even remotely soothed. Fortunately she was full term. We had the baby for eight weeks and released her to her mum…against the staff’s wishes as we’d seen Mum coming in stoned out of her mind and barely able to stand. But we had a pushy drug counsellor who was convinced that all dug babies would so better in their families. She was so wrong so often before they finally stopped doing it. Now, I see that same child now a young adult is often arrested for drug use. I wonder how she’d have been if the ‘experts’ hadn’t been so focused on parents well being and definitely not on their babies. Is that harsh yes…but you only need to see one baby at 12 months old 3lbs heavier than at birth weight and still in withdrawal because Mum takes the baby’s Methadone to harden your view.

Tanya said she put a big fluffy blanket in the suitcase. That alone could've caused him to suffocate. Not intentionally or purposefully. She was just trying to make him comfortable. Sad. Glad she was able to clear her name and is not being blamed anymore.

Gotta love how the dad made it about him. How he needed praise. He wanted the audience to be excited for him and get a positive response. Its about the Mother and her son to prove she didnt do anything and he says id just like everyone know im clean and sober and living my best life. Way to make it all about urself

The father may be clean but he is still a moronic hypocrite loser. He put lies in his son’s head out of spite to alienate the boy and cause him further pain. Just evil. SMH
