Harissa halloumi gyros

Shopping list:
-200g Halloumi Cheese
-20g Rose Harissa pesto
-150g 0% fat Greek yogurt
-100g self raising flour
-1/2 medium green pepper, diced
-1 Inch Cucumber, diced
-2 tomatoes, diced
-1 slice red onion, diced
-Squeeze of lemon juice
-Pinch of salt
-10g Greek feta cheese
-80g Skin On Fries, cooked
-40g 0% fat Greek yogurt or tzatziki
Optional: drizzle honey over the grilled halloumi!
Method:
❤️Slice the halloumi and marinade in the Harissa paste. Fry in a pan with oil spray for a few minutes until cooked. Mix the 150g Greek yogurt with the self-raising flour until it forms a ball. Split into two equal balls and roll out onto a floured surface and floured rolling pin into a flatbread. Fry in a pan sprayed with oil for a few minutes on either side.
❤️In a bowl mix the green peppers, tomatoes, red onion and cucumber together and optional add a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread the Greek yogurt or tzatziki over the flatbreads, then assemble with the Greek salad, halloumi, cooked fries, crumble over the feta with an optional sprinkle of oregano and enjoy!
