Very nice set up. And I agree, the best thing about a home gym, you can play your music as loud as you want, while you're doing bro curls in the squat rack.

Nice gym dude. I'm starting to build mine in just a single room in my basement so I'm limited to space too. Its going to be tough getting stuff in there but I'll figure it out.

How are those Bowflex dumbells holding out? I know the Hoist is fine because I own the V5 and is still going strong!

Inspire fitness. Best home gyms out there. World class quality for a fraction of the cost.

I use to have those Bowflex dumbbells also. Like you said they are bulky and you have to treat them like a lady or else they will break. I ended up getting ironmaster adjustable dumbbells they are sturdy made of steel and cast iron. The 5-75lb runs about 580 with shipping. They also have an add on kit that will take them up to 120lb, that's another 250.00 bucks or so. If you haven't seen them I would at least check them out, much better than the Bowflex IMO. They also come with a lifetime warranty.

I would only buy a squatrack, a bench, a barbell and weight. You can train legs, back, chest, shoulder, biceps, triceps... That's it

Anyway, nice gym ;)

It's not about the equipment it's about the dedication. But nice gym I have a set of the Boflex dumbells my self.

Great video. Debating functional trainer as opposed to squat rack. So functional trainer I.e bodyworx lxt300, monster G3 are not overkill for home gym ???

LeoPando might have you beat on most expensive, but still really impressive nonetheless. Personally I'd sell off the bowflex dumbbells and buy PowerBlocks, but that's just me. Cool gym! :)
