Don't abandon yourself

In my opinion the ultimate act of self love is when we hate ourselves are we able at the same time to love ourselves? if we can do this then that is the literal definition of loving unconditionally.

Meaning the conditions are terrible however you choose to give yourself love anyways.

When we're in pain it's very easy to beat ourselves up even more. however just like when a child is crying it is important to comfort it. same thing with ourselves.

Just like you wouldn't abandon your best friend when they are in need you should behave the same way with yourself
