First of all, that salmon was raw. Not cooked thru.
Second, grilling it is much better. And at the end, you put butter while still on the grill so it gets even more moist.

Oil then season salmon, put under broiler for 7-9 minutes (depending on thickness). Perfect every time. I smear some butter on pan to keep salmon from sticking to pan. I’ll try scoring the skin next time.
