--------
In this clip, the ongoing trial of YNW Melly and the case against rapper Kodak Black were discussed. Melly's trial has been delayed again with no clear start date. The rapper faces new charges of witness tampering, for which Florida law stipulates a potential life sentence. Yung Joc also explored the complexity of the state's legal system and the implications of prolonged trials. Meanwhile, Kodak Black, who was pardoned by former President Trump before he left office, has wound up back in jail. His charges revolve around personal drug use, and Shawn Prez argues that Black's predicament speaks to a more systemic issue, suggesting that individuals who battle addiction should be directed towards rehab instead of prison. Yung Joc concurred, mentioning societal pressures that can lead artists down this path, especially within certain music genres.

If they took everybody in jail who has drug problems and put them in rehab, every rehab facility would be full . It sounds great, but it’s just not possible unless your a rich person like this

Prison is a terrible place for an addict, The access is the same & the consequences of owing is was Furthermore, Sean how come Black ppl always gotta add "Brown" when talk'n bout OUR problems & solutions 🤔 bc I have yet to hear a "Brown" person add Black to their plight UNLESS they're using a Black person as a mascot (civil rights) to get resources then hoard all said resources from Black ppl.

His actions are the perfect talking point against reparations. If you give them freedom, many will return to captivity and if you give them wealth, many will return to poverty. No judgment tho, hope he gets the help he needs
