This is the Best Tomato Soup | Quick and Easy Tomato Soup

Ingredients :

Tomato – 5
Garlic – 4-5 Pods
Water – As per desired consistency
Salt to taste
Black Pepper – ¼ Tsp
Coconut Milk – ¼ Cup

Method:

In a pan add little oil add add tomatoes cut into half. Add garlic pod in middle of the pan. Make sure to keep the flame low.
Cover and cook until tomato turn soft and mushy.
Remove tomato skin, it will peel off easily once tomatoes are soft.
Add water and grind using hand blender or you can also cool and grind using mixer grinder.
Bring the soil to boil and add salt and pepper.
For Creaminess add coconut milk or homemade malai.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Note: You may add some butter if you like.
