I need help. I was sham peer reviewed 4 years ago and I have still not recovered! I need a job.

Please remember Morbidity and Mortality conference is a constructive type of peer review. This is different than a hospital executive board conducting a peer review to get rid of someone and not improve quality. I was reprimanded for reporting patient harm. How perverse!

How do people know that this is not you claiming a Sham Review of anyone who disagrees with you? Because it sounds like you are doing what you are complaining about.

But you should always be able to face your accusers. If they claim that the victims deserve anonymity, then there should be no claim against you. The end. But if you take finding out who spoke out to intimidate them, then you ought to be held accountable. That's a no-no!!
