What an Instant Click this video was. It's so nice to see you, Claire! I absolutely spent the earlier parts of 2023 in a similar place: feeling like I wasn't thinking about my reading in a meaningful way. My favourite part of BookTubing is that it forces me to be less lazy about the reading experience. And you read more GGK! I've been talking about getting back into Kay, so this was a nice surprise (and push in the right direction). I've yet to read Under Heaven somehow and I want to get to it sooner rather than later (since it's spiritual successor, River of Stars, is an all-time favourite of mine). Thanks for popping back in :) This was so lovely.

So nice to see you pop up in my inbox again. I can relate to not engaging much with the books I read, recently decided that I have become a glutton for content this year, more gobbling down stories (books and TV series) than really taking time to think about them deeper. Enjoyable, but forgettable at the same time.
