ABOUT DR JUSTIN SUNG
Justin is an ex-medical doctor turned full-time learning coach. He's passionate about taking a very practical and evidence-based approach to learning and self-management. Unlike most study influencers, he has extensive experience actually working with real people, rather than just looking at theory or anecdotal tips to make videos about. He's worked with thousands of people around the world for over 10 years, teaching them to manage their studies and time more efficiently using novel and rigorously field-tested techniques. Justin is the co-founder of iCanStudy, which developed the world's first fully integrated, high-efficiency learning system using cognitive retraining approaches.

You’re anointed bro. Thank you - you have no idea how your work has revolutionized my semester and future learning. For context I’m a student at Harvard university and I’d love to see you give a talk here some day.

Good advice..also you could get an audio version of the text book an play it at 2x speed…then go thru the book several times .. the more times you frequent information the sooner it will transfer from the short term to long term memory banks..

First time I heard similar advice was from a guy called Migan from team3D alpha- it was way less refined but honestly just the unrefined version of this advice made uni a breeze for me. Seeing and learning the fully in-depth way to use this is now is like obtaining a super power

I have a question, then how do i read a book in such way that after reading i can remember the key ideas or get general understanding of it. Because when i read a book 1st time i may recall like 2 to 3 things only.
Rest? Blank!!
So what am i doing wrong?
