Yeah, this was NOT what we wanted or expected from this judge. I’ve watched all the court sessions. I filed day 1; everything has been pending since. People have lost homes, cars, destroyed their credit, sent their kids to live with family...it’s so sad, and completely criminal. There are people committing suicide more and more. PLEASE help us get this out in the open more! Not even 1/3 have been paid! And DETR just keeps paying the ones that give interviews. The first thing they did at our second court case was pay the named defendants and try to get this suit tossed because it was not a “real class action”. Thankfully the judge didn’t let them but their spending so much time at DETR trying to fight this case than they are actually doing their job and getting people paid. And this judge...I thought he’d put his foot down today but no. Nothing. Remember this, as he is up for re election!

So the next hearing is AUGUST 20th ??? Many of us can't wait until then !!!
Enough already. I've been waiting since mid-March. Filed for PUA on May 16 (was a Lyft driver; first day to file), was accepted but then disqualified on June 15, told to file in the State I moved from 15 months earlier, filed an appeal with DETR once they fixed THAT process (June 18), filed in my last state to cover my bases (after all, DETR and EDD are the EXPERTS, right?) only to be told to file back in NV since that's where my wages on my claim came from. I did find a good job in the interim, but that only lasted 6 weeks. DETR's appeal section in my PUA dashboard says I should hear back from them about the appeal within 7 to 10 business days. Calledl PUA earlier this week and was told that they saw lots of activity in my account. Well, today is Day 7. Crossing my fingers.



If DETR fails for another week, the Judge should just order DETR to cut everyone not suspected of fraud a check for 50% of what's owed immediately. At least that would buy most people some much needed time & relief!

Hey now. Look. It's only been 137 days since the governor closed Nevada. Give him and DETR a chance to pay you. Some of you people are very impatient. Paying everybody clearly takes more than 4 1/2 months so just relax. I'm sure DETR and the governor feel terrible. So, you don't have any money. Big deal. And yes, I'm being completely sarcastic.

Recieved my back pay on 10/27/20 but did not recoeve.the PUA I don't know if I have to exhaust my U.I. benefits .Although I heard that the benefits ran between April to July still did not get it .
