As someone who was raised by a Peruvian mom who grew up on a farm out in the Andes, I can relate a surprising amount to Uyens videos! Asian and Latino culture share a lot of similarities

We Indians too eat sugarcane exactly like this, jan14 th is our traditional harvest festival called pongal, sugar cane is the important harvest of this festival

In Mexico we call them Cañas and they are so good!!! We sometimes pair them with slice fruit, Tajín or a beverage called Ponche👍

I grew up in Guatemala, sugar canes are number one export, and it was just fun eating it like that. I wouldn't do it now that I'm 61 lol
