As a plus size girlie, I actually love AE jeans. BUT ONLY the stretch jeans. Size 18 stretch jeans there are the best jeans I've ever had, and I honestly never want to wear anything else. I also have really wide hips compared to my legs, so finding jeans that fit well is hard, but AE works for me. But I do agree that they need bigger sizes so EVERYONE can enjoy their cute and comfy clothes! Love ur vids girlie ❤️

as a retail worker: most stores like american eagle can’t sell plus size clothes in store because it isn’t profitable as most people who shop there aren’t plus size. different locations will carry different sizes based on the general sizes of the people who shop there!

they carry the most common sizes in store because it can cost them money if they don’t sell… it makes perfect sense. it’s the same way that they don’t sell a xxxs in stock at all times too, it would be slightly moronic if no one bought it.

Not every brand is for everyone. Shop where your money is wanted. Every brand is allowed to have a target demographic. I shop at Lane Bryant and Torrid.

I feel you. I’m not plus-sized, the opposite, actually. Hardly any stores sell size 00 jeans, so it makes it hard to find clothes.☹️

Imagine if I went to Torrid and was pissed that they didn't sell xxs. Just shop at the stores that work for you. Not every store is for every person.

Listen not to shade but not every store has to cater to plus size or have plus size. Just like Lane Bryant doesn’t to carry average sized clothes. It’s all good just show somewhere else

It's wild! When I go into Lane Bryant with my friend as a size 4 I don't look around the store and think "Do better Lane Bryant, make clothes that fit me".
I just know they are made in larger sizes and I can't. I acknowledged that and shop at stores who do make my sizes. I don't demand everything be catered to me

everything looked so cute! but comfort is a must! … and since when is size 18 not plus size? idk when i was coming up mall stores went to a 13 and they ordered like two in that size smh. i do think plus size stores should have more styles. they’re depressing the opposite of affirming women of size.
