I'm trying to live healthier not only just because it's good for you, but also for some recent health developments that have affected some things, including my mental state. How you eat and how you live can have a HUGE impact on mental health. And this is so inspiring for me to do better with what I eat, and how often I move around. When I get to my computer, it can be difficult to get moving again, but breaks are amazing. I want to work on my health and wellbeing for so many reasons and this is the motivation I need. Thank you so much! ❤❤❤❤

Great video, I'm definitely going to use some of your tips. Meditation and tea and two important ones for me! I live in Mongolia and drink a lot of seabuckthorn tea. Its great for the immune system and has a whole lot of other benefits, I don't know what I'll do when I move away and can't get it daily!
