Was hoping you did this vid. Calves have always been super stubborn for me, but I've tried to really give them attention the last few months. Consistently hitting them 2-3 times a week and lots of volume, similar to this training. Also been trying to bulk and get the meals in. Calves have definitely grown. Still plenty of work to do, but it's nice to see some progress. Going to add some of these tips to my routine. Appreciate the vid, thanks!

FST-7 Training seems to be drastically different than HIT (Dorian Yates / Mike Mentzer style). Have you ever tried incorporating both styles? Maybe adding a set of FST-7 to the last exercise of a given body part you're training after doing the bulk of the training HIT Style? If so, what were the results?

I wake up with big calves barely have to move for them to grow now I’d swap some for arms if anyone wants to swap lol
