Let's take a moment to appreciate this guy. I mean, he had to *SELECT QUINCY* in the *Heros menu*

Quincy still wants avenge his dad who went missing for 12 years straight. Some say he's dead but Quincy still tries to pop those pesky Bloons. Even if he has to lie to himself.

Even nothing gets past Quincy’s bow - let alone bloons

I have an idea for how to buff Quincy. Essentially, he would never miss. If Quincy misses a bloon, The arrow would redirect toward the nearest one. This would cost an arrow bounce, which means that it wouldn’t be able to pop one less bloon than normal. For example, if his bass attack bounced six times normally, The bath would allow the arrow to hit five bloons when it would normally completely miss. This can also apply to both arrows.

Quincy never misses but since his projectile is the 2nd slowest, or whatever, people take advantage and place him further from the track. This means, unless it's a moab, the arrow won't have enough time to hit the bloon. When he's placed on a reasonable place on the track he is able to hit the bloon since the arrow doesn't need as much time to hit the bloon as it's already near the bloon.
