Everyone complaining about BYD quality, but they offer a 10 year warranty. If anything goes wrong you get a new car. Why does quality even matter in that case. You are guarantee to have a car that last 10 years. For 1/4th the price of a western car. Tell me which BMW range rover or Mercedes lasts 40 years.

In 2004, I went to the NUMMI plant (joint venture GM/Toyota) in Freemont California as part of my international business study program in Berkeley. At that time I was really impressed when I saw the production line. One of the thing it really reminded me was, that we saw a car with a wrong painted door hanging on the production line. The worker said to us that it was a small mistake. The plant was dissolved in April 2010.
