Reàl Mixology: 2 Tiki Cocktails

Join Mixologist, Chris Hopkins, as he mixes up two cocktails inspired by Polynesian culture called the Swizzle it Up and the Beach Bum Colada. The Swizzle it Up cocktail features kiwi and pineapple flavors. The Beach Bum colada is Chris’ take on a classic Piña colada!

Swizzle It Up:
1 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Blanco Vermouth
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 oz fresh orange juice
.5 oz Piña Reàl
.5 oz Kiwi Reàl

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a tiki glass with ice. Swizzle with a cocktail spot and top with crushed ice and a pineapple frond.

Beach Bum Colada:
1 oz white rum
1 oz aged rum
.5 oz Amaro
1 oz Banana Reàl
1 oz Hazel Real
2 oz pineapple juice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and then strain into a tiki glass. Garnish with some candied banana chips.
