Nice informative vlog TY. Good tips for this old Brit fart living in US and off to EBC in mid Sept. Going solo but with Guide.

Very helpful video, thanks for putting this together. I have a question, what is considered a good tip for the guide? Thanks!

Worried about acclimatisation? Then don't fly in to Lukla. Start the trek from Jiri where all the original treks started. Lukla airport was built to make it easier and quicker for expeditions to get supplies in. Easier and quicker. Lukla is like a tourist airport for people with limited time and want a base camp quick fix. So do the trek from Jiri, it's more challenging and by the time you've trekked to Lukla you'll be acclimatised to continue.

Very helpful. I'm considering signing up next year. I'm not great when it's cold. How did you keep warm at night, honestly was it cold? X

Useful video ! Were you concerned about bathroom situation, as in finding a place to pee along the whole trek ? Especially if you drink a lot of water, to stay hydrated. Thanks
