This is awesome. What I learnt from this video:
1) the whole initscreen() trickery for clearing the screen
2) read has a -t option
3) how to detect arrow keys with read
4) how to position the cursor without using tput

It is rarely that I learn so much from a single video. Thank you.

By the way, if you want to retain the terminal state as it was before running the script (like in your htop example) just remove `tput reset` from your cleanup() function. :D
