i know he said he's done with bodybuilding but i think he should give it one more shot & bring his classic physique slight thicker into open bodybuilding. No true weight crash. Dexter Jackson did well i think Larry would do well too.

Damn bro. You’re looking jacked. You getting back into powerlifting? You’re going to excel in anything you do.

So I can buy the grips and do 125 pound dumbbell rows. Fantastic

Post more shorts, maybe just record multiple clips in a day and post 1-2 a day or take clips from already filmed videos or soon to be released videos. There’s an entire separate audience on shorts, most people don’t care about ads, but will use your code and buy from you if they become a fan, That’s why I bought from you. Still post your ads but post a lot of shorts, at least 5 a week, and it might give you room to post a video less often like one quality vid a week, with multiple shorts in the same week.

Bro thought the weight was too light so did a few reps to make it more difficult

Them Versagrips are a glitch. The gym was already patching it that’s why Larry lagged.

Well these seem to be 150-200 lbs dumbbells.

I know this is unrelated, but I’m training for a competition and I just can’t break through DB curling 50-60 pounds. I’m on my 4th day of rest and I have these deep pains in my arms when I do my work activities, which requires me to move 50 pound bags of ingredients, among other arm movements under strain. I can train DB curls 40 to 45 pounds for 4 sets 8-10 reps, but every time I push it up, with either more reps or higher weights, this happens. Last time the pain lasted two weeks and I couldn’t even barely put my shirt on. Any advice?
