saw them last year at our arts beats and eats festival, in Royal oak, met a nice couple form OH that go to all their shows, i hope you 2 stayed north of 8 mile like i told ya!! and im sure we'll never get another free concert from the boys again.. congrats CT!!

Bun E, is the man and the backbone of Cheap Trick but alas he isn't going to be there again other than for this one of performance. Dax is a solid player and fits the role well. He knows how important Bun E. style is to the band and does a respectful job keeping that feel alive. We are lucky this band is still churning out great music after all of these years. Yes, it would be awesome to have all the original band together but at this point in their career having three of the four is still amazing. Bun E is the man and props to Dax for keeping the backbeat feel of Cheap Trick alive and well.

Hmm, I was so looking forward to this "reunion", and so sad that Bun E. had to be "reluctantly" welcomed to it. After hearing Robin, Rick and Tom trying to keep up with Bun, I feel very sad for them. Ain't that a shame.

all this melodrama...the king...tom's thunder bass...all that...it's pretty funny...nice to see Bun E back behind the kit...all he had to do was want to play longer more diverse sets and not be such a damn negative and angry energy entity...
