The legal assisted speed limit for an e-bike in Australia is 25 kmh on public roads or paths.

You CAN turn that limiter off and ride as fast as you want with assistance on private property.
These guys are absolutely knowingly 100% full of hypocritical two faced bullshit.
They know damned well that the majority of knobs, sorry people who buy them intend to use that +25 kmh assist speed every damned where they can.
