I wish that I saw this video...before my accident...now I am sitting with broken arm..I am not used to disc break and I pulled the break little harder while I was in top speed....I was trying to slow it...but it stopped completely and threw me out... Lesson Learn: never go to top speed until you are completely used to with the breaking system

I have a mirror on my bike so I can observe traffic coming from the rear.

So true 1:28 I nearly got smoked when I was about to cross before a car 🚘, turning left in front of me. We both sped up but I quickly realized to break it ..cause shes thinking I’ll take too long on my bike (discreet ebike)and she can cut in front faster …woah!!! That was close! So be careful.

Do you always have to start you're ebike riding in the 1 or 2 gear setting or can you start off in whatever gear it was last left in without putting the chain, etc in jeopardy ?

Don't quite understand why she's pedaling the bike when it's supposed to be battery operated. The delivery guys around my way (In N.Y.C.) don't pedal they just cruise & steer their "E" bikes

Linear pull rim brakes are the strongest type of bike brake, the leverage advantage is massive compared to puny 160mm rotors

An Ebike can give casual/commuter a high average speed for a short distance...but they don't have the range of a bike less than a quarter their cost.
