This is true. Here is my story. I was told that I had to leave my oceanfront condo by the end of next month because the owners will be totally remodeling it, and it will be uninhabitable, and I won’t be able to move back because the original owners are retiring and they’re moving in. The redirection - I just looked at a $1M luxury oceanfront condo, and the price is in my range. The topper - the realtor wants ME to take it. The rejection from the original condo (which is nice) redirected me to a nicer, more luxurious place.

Wow, I can find so many similarities with your story it's crazy 😮 😂. Also worked in marketing and hated, it but I studied towards taking this career path. Or so I thought...
