A herd of bulls trampled a fence and climbed into a garden in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.

The bulls live in the open space of Biggleswade Common, managed by Fen Reeves, and often get on the loose, damaging the neighbours' gardens.

The footage was shared on social media by town councillor Andy Skilton to raise awareness of the issue as the animals keep getting into people's gardens and causing damage.

Cllr Skilton said: "They have entered private gardens and land, causing damage and distress, and it also seems that the cows have been causing problems for dog walkers more often than before, as the cows are more widely spread and numerous.

"Although we lack legal powers over the common, we're taking steps to help by reaching out to the Fen Reeves and looking to provide information on our website."
