Hello guys just wanna let you know that I can swim now.. Can swim in a deep pool also in an open water.. It's really fun to learn swimming as u will enjoy many water activities..it took me 6 months to learn freestyle and breaststroke and keep practicing once a week in a public pool..I hope you guys can swim soon..

It takes time but you will get it! mine isnt even perfect, but I figured out the timing, rhythm that works for me, and now Im literally gliding in the water. It feels very relaxing and effortless.

I would suggest to new swimmers to kick as little as possible, just to keep your feet streamlined with the rest of your body at the surface. Learn to front crawl first then develop a kick pattern that works for you

Amazing recommendations.

I would add have somebody stand on the side of the pool to check that you actually do those simple yet so effective recommendations.


This is where I am at now. I pray that I am not doing any of those things that I think that I am doing so I can improve my legs propulsion which is almost inexistant.

I am so slow at swimming a 25 meters that I have to bring a lunch with me on the kickboard so I do not starve before reaching the other end of the pool.😂

The best tip I can give is to not lock your knees and don’t bend them too much. Once you become comfortable with your kick, flip over on your back and float a kick board above your knees. If you consistently hitting the kick board your bending your knees too much

Watching this video gave me a boost in motivation. A great tip that my coach gave me is to have a calm mind. Practice and master in isolation and then when swimming without any aid, don't think too much. Be confident and smooth.

I used to swim in middle school and our coach did teach us the right way 😂...i used to hate going to swimming lessons as an absolute beginner because all we used to do was practice kicking and bobbing nth no. of times . It did payoff i can assure 😂😂

My gymnastic class forces us to point our toes 24/7 and I always hated doing it but it actually helped me swim since I'm used to doing that all the time my toes just automatically points
