Another one dropping today! The last video regarding the weirdest/most unusual music pieces did pretty well, so might as well lol. This one too me ages to make mainly because I took way too much time finding the right pieces lol (I practically scoured the entire internet). Also, the list is very loose, everything from around the second half could be in really any order.

Ballet of the unhatched chicks is not uncanny, the recording is just bad. Its actually really really cute, just like the chickens it's supposed to depict. I highly recommend listening to the recording by the Frankfurt Radio Symphony for a better insight into the piece.

The Dissonance Quartet really is weird. What made him write an intro like that? Why does it have DSCH? It's so genius but also so unusual from Mozart.

Have just been to an avantgarde concert... I'd highly recommend Studie II by Stockhausen, Swap by Beil and Folk Songs by Berio. Those were absolutely wild at the concert and the public was...erm, impressed.
