If we stood on the battlefields next to these brave soldiers we would feel the adrenaline, and heartache, breathe the stench of blood see the loss of their comrades, and see the mutilated bodies. When people talk about what is going on in Ukraine they are distant and cold and in most cases cannot empathize or understand the personal chaos and destruction wars bring. When one minute you have warmth, food your family all around you, a roof over your head, and planning the future then in a flash it is taken away from you. You stand alone in the rubble although you are still alive the life you once knew is all gone, your possessions included, and death is all around you. Can all the world leaders come together and stop this atrocious war now? The world has had enough! we all need to live in peace and harmony however difficult sometimes this is. The children are watching us and we as adults must ask ourselves why as intelligent human beings we act in such a destructive manner, a greedy selfish fashion. We have all been born into such a wonderful beautiful world with fantastic people, places to see, and cultures to learn, admire, and cherish. We all need to preserve our heritage and be decent upstanding and honest guardians of this wonderful planet and its inhabitants. Let there be peace everywhere in all the world and let us learn to love each other again, and be decent intelligent human beings who bring love and not hate, peace and not wars, shake hands with thy neighbors, and end all suffering to those who cannot defend themselves.

It is just crazy how Putin just went in and attacked Ukraine FIRST and then gets angry that they fight and attack back. I am impressed though how Ukraine is hanging in there and not giving up. Just like the U.S. is one of those countries that I think would never give up and would fight to the last man standing. This world was already scary enough.
