I went from 13 minutes of slow bando flying to 17 minutes with the 4 blade MAS!! And even the noise pitch of the MAS are far less annoying. Totally worth it.

More blades are always going to be higher pitched, louder, and usually more inefficient due to their weight and rotating mass. The tradeoff of going to less blades is usually a quieter, lower pitched sound with more efficiency, but the tradeoff is less precise handling, especially more noticeable in larger diameter propellers.

I just flew the three blade props this past weekend, I noticed it had crazy amounts of prop wash if I descended into its own "dirty" air. It didn't just have jello. It was like flying through jello. I think there's just way too much surface area on them for the motors and pid loop to keep up with. They ARE fast and fun, but I wouldn't depend on them for reliable footage. I love their sound too. I had to remove my 3d printed bumper to use them because their tolerances are so tight.

Buy them! Buy I run the three blade, and they are worth every penny. They do break much easier then the original 5 blade.

Im no drone expert. As a matter of fact il be receiving my first ever drone in a week, the avata. With that said i am experienced with home ceiling fans. I have changed many 5 blade ceiling fans all the way up to the 50's inch lenght. I also install 3 blade fans with significantly shorter but wider blades. Guess what? The smaller 3 blade fans always put out significantly more air and generate a lot less noise. Looking forward to flying this avata drone

I will agree it’s not a true FPV drone but it’s a cinematic FPV drone to the max and it gets great shots, low and slow

The 3.5 mod for the Avata eliminates the Tumble problem completely 😊

Great video as always!

I might have to invest in those 3 blade props for my AVATA, the extra speed is the big selling point for me. I might also buy the 4 blade props too, just to see whether it gives more stability. Good video that shows that the props can make a difference, and in particular those 3 blades definitely seem to add some speed.

Thank you sir for the video about the Master Airscrew props! The sound of the 3 blade props are a little ASMR. The original ones are freaking me out hahaha. Stay coowl !

Little different review, i like that. Good insight in fpv flying.

I have also tried these props and there is not much difference, but I prefer the 3 blade props only because it is easier to access the Micro SD card slot.

Yeah after watching your videos I am siding with getting the Avata since it has all the GPS RTH camera control tilt etc features like my DJI FPV drone and its around the same price as the third party drones with the DJI O3 system. I will most likely fly in sport mode and sometimes manual so the Avata issue should not be a problem for me.

Well, this is great to know. Have watched at least four of your videos on the Avata. Have the Mini 3, and Mini 4 Pro, was considering the chance of switching drones from the Mini 4 and get an Azata, but the noise would certainly be a game changer. No longer find that I have that kind of need for it. Thanks for helping with my choice. Will stick to my 3 and 4 Pro as I love the quieter and much longer battery life. Don’t have the time for those higher speed crones. Great post! Thanks!
