Think folks: if teachers are sick WHO is teaching your kids?
I can tell you on my campus alone a couple of teachers decided to retire early and a few aren’t coming back because of this. The AFT and here in Texas the TSTA is behind us. We will not put our lives and our families lives in jeopardy when we could teach from home.

I’m glad they’re reopening schools. This shut down has been ridiculous. I’m in a supposed “hotspot” here in Florida. Out of 601, 000 people, 2500 have tested positive and 19 have died. That’s a .4% positive rate and a .003% death rate.

Let’s start being sensible. Protect the vulnerable and let everyone else resume their lives.
