Extreme LAAP with Buffalo Bile 🐃🥩 Crazy Thai Food (DELICIOUS) 🍲😜⚡️#TeamTastyRide
Показать описание
In the words of my friend Brock, "no matter how many times we've seen this in countryside recipes of Thai Laap, there's absolutely no description that can prepare you for what this stuff really tastes like!"
The ultimately funky and yet strangely delicious ingredient, Thailand's meatiest dishes of Laap often rely on digestive bile for that final KICK of flavor. Today, we have the pleasure of witnessing our friends' FIRST experience eating bile (two versions of Laap, plus one version of soup, AND a bonus dipping sauce).
I literally could NOT be any more happy.
A Huge welcome to you today, and from Bank, Caleb and Brock, Li and myself, we love having you along for THIS awesome lunch today. Thank you for your comments!! I cannot wait to hear your questions, your thoughts, your plans as to when YOU will join us for your first time here in Chiang Mai.
:)
"Hey bro, umm... is there bile in this?" When such a question elicits a grin, and not a frown, and a slow nod as the host points to some extremely questionable colors in different jars above the cooking table, you know you are in good hands (well, you're about to have a very cool cultural experience anyways!!), but let me assure you that you're near to the heart of all things related to Northern Thailand's all-day-at-home barbecue obsession.
There are few better ways to spend your day off of work than in the presence of such flavor, a huge kudos to Li for joining these 4 crazy street food lovers. Finally, kudos again to Laap Lung Thong (this is the 2nd video we've made here), this guy knows what he's doing. If you're in the mood for some barbecue in Chiang Mai, pay this man and his wonderful family a visit, and be sure to order "one of everything."
