Both sounds good. I like the steel for a more precise crisp sound, the nylon for a more dreamy sound. Depends on the song.

What the people don't understand: nylon strings Arte to play especifific genres, while the steel strings are to play others especifics genres. One isn't better than other, they are just for different applications

depends on what type of music that is played, imo i really love the classical guitar of its sound in more ambient music, and the steelstring sounds amazing in other types of music

To be honest it was not a fair comparison because a total work of acoustic art which is Furch was compared to Ibanez e-nylonsting that is not really made with resonance in mind (it sounds really thin and nosy). I would love to see a comparison between Furch and some nice nylon string( also something from Furch or even better a good Hanika lattice or double top with actual good resonating body). Hanika CutPro PF would also work really well.

steel definitely wins for sure. But nylon definitely has a unique sound that could be useful in some scenarios.
