Amazing insight. Yes I gained 20lbs in menopause & just can’t loose it no matter what. I don’t eat much & try my best to eat healthy. Menopause is crazy but no one addresses what happens afterward.

This is not discussed enough! We are not meant to be in weight loss mode for long periods of time. It’s so important to have periods where we increase calories to nourish and build muscle. Thanks for sharing!
