Saying Farewell To My Weight Loss Journey - Here's Why!

Welcome, and thank you for following along as I discuss the factors that led me to decide to end my weight loss endeavor. I became aware of the negative effects fitness messages were having on my health after years of adhering to them. I discuss three key insights I've gained and how they compelled me to rethink what health and fitness mean. I'm also going to share my new approach to wintertime exercise, sleep, and nutrition for overall health and strength.
