Amen sister. When I started you program I was drinking probably about 3 bottles of wine a week!!! Omg. Can’t believe that, all the things you mentioned are true. I finally started to sleep properly. And the horrible bloat around my mid section is now gone. I look and feel like a different person. Thank you Melissa ❤❤

Is this advise if you drink too much 🤷🏽‍♀️ cause I drink in moderation to hardly ever & I’m sure if people drink in this occasional manner it shouldn’t have the effects you’re mentioning
