Truthfully none is ever good. But I think I don't love you anymore, or I'm in love with someone else is the most honest and respectful thing someone can say in this situation. The typical I need space, we're moving too fast, i need to work on my career and many others are just really bad excuses. If you love someone no matter what, you can make it work and solve things.
