Ingredients
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 large eggs
2 ripe bananas
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips

pre heated the oven and bake for 180°C degree Celsius -( 356° Farenheit for 20-25 minutes

*We Have European Oven, the vary may change depend upon to your oven.

pan size 22cm x 12 cm

Made this yesterday with 2 of the ickiest ripest bananas ever and followed the recipe with the walnut addition. I’m not a fan of banana breads/muffins/custards but this was delicious My husband and brother both liked it and commented that it wasn’t too banana y. Just the right amount of flavor. It’s a keeper. Oh and I baked it in our emeril double oven! Thank you.
