It wasn’t Balto it was Togo, Togo made the longest hardest part of that journey, as far as every other sled dog team combined. Balto was just the lead for the last team that did only a small fraction of the medicine relay. Togo is the true husky hero, not Balto. (Even tho Balto is the one with a statue)
