What city officials fail to see is that they are Ambassadors of the city. The mayor is in a sense the chief salesman of th city as a business center, a vacation retreat, a health center etc. They often undermine that role with a superior attitude, nosiness, accusation, harassment, failure to do their public duty.

Marshall, Il. Population 4K. For a town with such a small population it sure had a modern civic buildings. You video piquid my interest. I went to their website. Its a small tourist town with many attractions, both natural and developed. The mayor should be proud of this town. It's a clean, and manicured town. I will stop if Iever get in the area.
