Brings back some good memories! My Dad bought a new '60 convertible as soon as they came out! His was a 259 V-8 with auto and Twin Traction. White sand with black top and red interior. I bought my first new car, late the following year, and it was a 1961 Lark convertible, 6 cylinder stick. Ermine white with black top and interior. That was my first in a long line of Studebakers, from that first one through the years to two 63 Avantis.

That Fram oil filter looked clean, maybe a recent oil change 40 years ago! Studebaker was a big sponsor on "Mr Ed". Wilbur and Carol use to drive different models of the Lark on the show. Mr Ed would if he could sit in the driver's seat!

It needs a lot of work I'll bet you $40, 000 at least to restore it at least it could be more. Is it worth it would you put $40, 000 us into car like this after you purchase it for what $2, 500 us if you can get it for that, remember to Studebaker they're not a common car and parts are very hard to find but hey each other own you never know maybe someone will see this video and fall in love with it and then end up purchasing it a Pam
