I have the Model O now for 4 weeks, and it was really worth it.
If you are a butterflyclicker, then this is a very good choice.
I get around 14-16 cps (butterflyclick). You can also dragclick on it, but I get only around 14-20 cps. You can palm grip, claw grip and finger grip. This is also my first gaming mouse, so I can't really say a lot about the rest, but I do recommend it.
