Hi, i have problem doing it the register number that use in bpi was inserter in other phone because this simcard cannot inserted in a nano sim slot and that simcard is old type the big one, but i was able to do online banking before using my sm-a125f phone then i so sunddenly change device because of personal reason but i erase the bpi app to the a12 phone now been trying to log in to my new device using same information as it is before but still unresolve my problem
