I am happy with the old app. It is simple and has more integrity to use. Why change?

I hope you will not stop us from using the old app, after September 30, as we cannot register our device when you are abroad. Do not make registration difficult especially when we already registered the device using the old app, new app should be easy rather than a pain.

BPI, I hope you will fix the nre app first before you make the old app unusable. Can't open the new app after installing.

Definitely your branches will overdlow this October if old app will be disabled and new app is unfixed.

They should’ve added new features on this app so users would be entice to install the new app. As a user, I will still use the old app. Sadly there’s no compelling reason to install the new app. Waste of time.

I am honestly struggling just setting this up on my iPhone. I'm in Canada and is having a hard time with the SMS verification. The old app was fine and worked great for me. I hate this!

Edit: I guess I'm stuck just using the website. Having the app was very convenient but no longer an option until I go home to the Philippines.

I registered my phone in the branch and activated the mobile key. Now, 2 months later and I still cannot transfer money for my rent to my landlord. And nobody at BPI can explain why. This app does not do what it says it will do.

Cannot verify SMS since I have an international number. Why doesn't the app developers just remove the international prefix and simply use the country code + mobile number when verifying? Or we can send the SMS manually to verify?

I don't know why. Every time I tried to register to the new app, it always says Registration Failed. Why it has to change to the new app? If you could improve the old app?
