Thanks so much for the very well presented tutorial, which helps me a lot! It is impressive, how much faster and/or easier you can work, if you know how to use these logical functions ...

Very informative. Thanks! It was fun to watch, even though I, "David", didn't get a sales commission in your spreadsheet. You taught me about the locking down cells, the F4 key, naming functions, and a bit more about using the function box. I'm looking forward to watching other videos by you pertaining to excel (and possibly Visual Basic). Cheers to you!

do you need to adjust your =IF(AND function? you have "if between 400 and 650, show "high", if not, show "low". But 699 is not between 400 and 650, and the result shows "low". should you enter if below 400, "low", if between 400 and 650, "high", if greater than 650, "super duper high"? thanks

Hi, can someone please help me to create a formula for comparing specific value to multiple values. If the value matches a certain value it will return a specific value, else it will return empty cell.
Example:
Time Zones Value ( these are just example values, i have 200 to 999 values to compare for those 4 US time zones)
EST - 201, 205, 308, 315, 418, 507, 908
CST - 204, 309, 420, 650, 790, 880
MST - 250, 290, 458, 558, 888, 901
PST - 299, 301, 405, 599, 668, 778, 999

if the cell value matches one of those value it will return, EST, CST, MST or PST if a cell value does not match any of those value it will return an empty cell.
EXample:
A B C D E
1 309 CST
2 205 EST
3 301 PST
4 901 MST
5 201 EST
6 856
7 200
8 204 CST
9 790 CST

Rows A6 and A7 are empty because they didn't match any of the timezones values.
Please, help me to solve this :'(
