You forgot to mention that the pyramid in origins was so realistic that it predicted the discovery of a real secret chamber in the real pyramid 🤯

It's crazy how blocky polygons were the most realistic things in their respected times to now having games that are so realistic it is hard to distinguish it from real life, video games have really come a long way and it makes me happy to see

Assassin's Creed Origins blew my mind when I played it. It's still one of the greatest looking games out there, in my opinion, the Ptolemaic Egypt setting is just incredible and Ubisoft really did an impressive work making it believable.

Something else cool about the pyramids in AC origins is they have the big void within the pyramid modelled, however, the paper that released the discovery of the void was released a month after the game came out. This is because some of the team were following the work of Jean-Pierre Houdin, who theorised that the void was there based on how the pyramids were constructed, and the Ubisoft team were convinced by this research enough to actually model it in the game, despite the game beginning development in 2013, a whole 4 years before the release of the paper confirming the void within the pyramid.

An extra point to add on to Gran Turismo 7 - if you race a stage at night, the developers have mapped the night sky and all the stars exactly as you'd see them at each circuit's geographical location. That's insane attention to detail.

As an european hiker, when I played Kingdom Come : Deliverance and I wandered in the forest, it is hard to describe how REAL it felt. It was such an amazing experience to feel like I used a time-travel machine and explored my country side but in the middle-age period.

Ghost of tsushima blew my mind with some of the visuals i expected something from it to be on here but apart from that great list ac also looks stunning

I'm playing Assassin's Creed Origins right now, and I really enjoy exploring the tombs and looking at the temples. I even went on some of the guided tours. The game is beautiful. Being able to explore ancient Egypt, even in the form of a video game, is something I didn't know I wanted.

Regarding KCD, there have been so many photos of real life Bohemia where you can see the actual places in the game. The Sasau monastery comes to mind. It's so ridiculously accurate, it's impressive.

I love Assassin's creed games especially black flag, unity, syndicate. Not just because they are great fun games but for me the open world was a big factor in these games. Unity looks so realistic even by today's standard compared to most modern games and Origins is simply a looker. Great vid👍.

Red Dead Redemtion 2 graphics blew my minds as well. And I just played it now, and it is a 4 year old game that holds up pretty good in terms of graphics performance.
