Experts react to Trump picking loyalists to serve in his incoming administration

President-elect Donald Trump announced a flurry of key appointments, including Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the new “Department of Government Efficiency.” Other picks include former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee as ambassador to Israel, Rep. Mike Waltz as national security adviser and John Ratcliffe as his pick for CIA director. Trump is also likely to appoint Florida Sen.
