"squashing dissent"... if you call arresting elected delegates for accepting private donations from private interest groups "squashing dissent". This was considered highly *illegal* for a reason.

Interesting to hear you mentioning human right within regime of cube, while the U.S. government, despite the international protests, is still doing all the anti-human-right things in Guantánamo, which they haven't yet returned to the people of cuba

20.01.2023.  Shortly after mourning for this criminal, I was in Cuba and I didn't see anyone worrying about Fidel. The Cubanos just said it's worse now that Raul is here. Havana is painted but no food!
Now for Canel, no pints and no food!
The progress of socialism is "huge" and you will never build this system! Your slogans: socialism or death, put in a museum!
For 64 years of revolution, Cuba's government can neither feed nor clothe the people!!! Long live Cuba but free Cuba forever!

Never make suffer others not because your intention but your ignorance

Those who talks on favor of Cuba dictatorship should live in Cuba for just a year; alike any Cuban citizen, under the same rules, without any privilege. I'm 100% sure that much before the year ends those people should be reconsidering their opinion. Why nobody else live in Cuba but Cubans ? Why if Cuba is so good, no any other community live in Cuba, except very few people ( and very old already ) that came to Cuba before tyranny took power 1959? Where in the wold can somebody live with a salary of $20.00 dollar a month and meet its needs, well it is the average salary of Cuban workers and a pair of shoes cost at least $60.00 dollars plus if it guy has 2, 3 or 4 children; absolute and total misery. It is the legacy of 60 years of communism and is happening right now when you are reading this comment; most of the children going to school without a glass of milk, people being in jail just because their disagreement with the tyranny's ideology like JOSE DANIEL FERRER wich life is in danger for the torture he has suffers and so many other violations that I could write a book. So always remember the next time you or anyone else speak on behalf of the Cuban government, then will be speaking against the right, liberty and suffering of the Cuban people and will be part in fact, even from the distance of that tyranny that tread down to the Cuban people. Everything in the universe is connected and you are part of it.
