It's a MATCH! Eisenhower Health's Match Day 2022

Показать описание
Each March, graduating medical school students (applicants) seek positions in residency programs throughout the United States.
At the same time, hospital residency and fellowship programs throughout the country look to fill openings.
They do this through the National Residency Matching Program or NRMP on MATCH DAY.
The process for hospitals to find their new doctors begins with applications, in-person interviews and on-campus tours.
In 2020, that all changed when the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education prohibited in-person and on-campus tours.
So, hospitals had to get creative, including Eisenhower Health.
Instead of offering in-person tours, Eisenhower Health filmed virtual tours and revamped its GME website to include tours and testimonials from current physician residents.
All interviews were conducted via zoom for the safety of the applicants and Eisenhower staff.
Remarkably, the hospital received MORE THAN 3,600 applications!
In this video, some of our current physician residents and physicians took time to share their Match Day memories.
