Please note that transferring a QB Desktop file to QB Online DOES NOT WORK on the GLOBAL side of Quickbooks only the US version. So, if you are in a country like Bermuda, I would strongly advise you not to use QB Online unless you want to start from scratch. (Also, can't use their payroll function but that's a whole other issue)

I click on the links provided, and I have updated to most recent versions of FireFox and Chrome, and I still get the same error message. No matter what I do I get this error message. Completely USELESS video!!! The method is only good if you want to migrate data your data to QuickBooks Online US account. It does not work if you have a QuickBooks Online Global account.
