This class was a game changer! It gave me the knowledge and courage I needed to open the box of the air fryer the has been sitting for a month on the kitchen counter, ! More to follow once I use it for the first time. Now, I'll run to the kitchen to take the first steps so I can fry some salmon fillets later.

Got my air fryer!!!! I already made bacon from frozen in it and came out great and didn't take long and so much easier then in pan or oven! Can't wait to clean out spot on my counter to put it!!

06:35 The way I wash my basket is to first run my tap till the water is hot. I soak up any grease and food particles with a paper towel then fill the basket with hot water and a squirt of dish washing detergent. I'm a big fan of "Dawn".

After doing other chores, half hour or so, any residue in the basket washes off readily with a soft sponge.

This is SO helpful! I just got the Cosori Smart Wi-Fi 5.8 qt model. I got out all the paper and stuff but didn't even THINK about the oils and factory smells. Thank you!

Kathy, you are the only Air Fryer host that mentioned getting additional WARRANTY from Cosori, which I did. You know of what you speak !! * I AM having an issue when putting basket back into the oven Pan. I push the clear plastic, put the basket in alignment and it's loose. Once I did that, I expected basket to be flush with pan sides, but I am doing something wrong because it doesn't stay put. I'm sorry, but could u help?? I've read others who had same issue. Haven't used my Cosori much but will. I subscribed to you, the Goddess of Air Frying !! 😁

My very first thing to use my brand new Cosori for was helping to make turkey sandwiches. I toasted one side of the bread, then turned the sandwiches over and spread some stuffing on one side and put back in for a minute or two, then added mayo, then piled sliced turkey on there and slapped it together for a great sandwich.
